Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Manager Quality located in Chennai. The Deputy Manager Quality will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance and control processes, ensuring that composite products meet all international standards and specifications. The role involves conducting inspections, audits, and implementing testing procedures, as well as leading continuous improvement initiatives. The Deputy Manager will also be responsible for mentoring quality team members and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience in quality assurance, quality control, and auditing processes
- Strong knowledge of international standards and testing procedures
- Ability to lead and mentor quality team members
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in quality management systems and tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
- Experience in the composite manufacturing industry is a plus
