. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing and scaling business operations across leading
marketplaces such as Nykaa, Amazon, Flipkart, Tira, Myntra

quick commerce platforms like Blinkit and Zepto

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow online business across all leading marketplaces and quick commerce platforms.
  • Develop and execute e-commerce sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Oversee listing, pricing, promotions, and campaign management across platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Track, analyze, and report sales performance, consumer insights, and platform metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with category managers and platform partners.
  • Monitor competitors, trends, and product performance to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Manage a P&L of over
    ₹100 Cr+
    and ensure consistent business expansion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business
    , Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6–10 years
    of e-commerce experience, preferably in
    beauty, skincare, haircare, or cosmetics industry
    .
  • Proven track record of managing marketplace operations with annual business over ₹100 Cr.
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in marketplace dashboards, analytics tools, and Excel.
