Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow statements.
  • Manage all banking activities — fund transfers, bank reconciliations, deposits, and coordination with bank officials.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial forecasting.
  • Oversee statutory compliances (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Income Tax, etc.).
  • Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.
  • Implement and maintain internal financial controls and accounting systems.
  • Manage vendor and customer accounts, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Assist management in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control measures.
  • Lead and mentor the accounts team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and professional development.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA/ICWA preferred).
  • 7–12 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and banking procedures.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP, SAP) and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple financial tasks with accuracy and meet deadlines.
