Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily facility operations and ensure smooth functioning across all departments

Lead and support clinical, nursing, technical, and support teams

Ensure compliance with operational SOPs, audits, quality standards, and statutory regulations

Manage patient experience, budgets, manpower planning, and overall service quality

Drive performance, discipline, and cultivate a positive organizational culture

Required Profile

Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Healthcare or Management

Minimum 10 years' experience in hospital administration or healthcare operations

Strong communication, team leadership, and decision-making capabilities

Ability to work under pressure and maintain operational excellence
