The organization focuses on addressing gaps in volunteerism by ensuring sustainability and capacity building while designing initiatives tailored to the needs of volunteers and stakeholder groups. Role Description

The Livelihood Development Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune. The coordinator will design and implement livelihood programs focusing on community development, skill building, and sustainable initiatives. Key responsibilities include project management, stakeholder engagement, overseeing fundraising activities, and maintaining strong communication with community partners, volunteers, and beneficiaries. The role requires coordinating efforts among diverse teams to ensure the success of livelihood programs.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in customer service and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with volunteers, community members, and organizations.
  • Experience in project management, including planning, implementing, and monitoring programs.
  • Skills in fundraising, including grant writing, donor engagement, and securing financial resources.
  • Ability to create well-written reports, proposals, and communication materials.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a passion for social impact.
  • Bachelor's degree in social work, development studies, or relevant field is preferred.
  • Experience working with NGOs or in community development projects is an advantage.

Salary: 2.4L to 3L PA.
