Role Overview

The Coordinator/Sr. Coordinator – Academics will be responsible for coordinating academic operations, supporting faculty and administration in implementing academic processes, and ensuring compliance with University guidelines and regulatory requirements. The role demands strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office tools, and a sound understanding of academic processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee day-to-day academic operations, processes, and schedules.

  • Assist in preparation and management of academic calendars, timetables, and examination schedules.

  • Liaise with faculty, students, and administrative teams to ensure smooth execution of academic activities.

  • Prepare academic reports, presentations, and data analysis using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Ensure timely documentation, filing, and record-keeping of academic data and approvals.

  • Support in accreditation, audits, and compliance with University/Regulatory requirements.

  • Monitor academic policies and procedures, ensuring adherence across departments.

  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and academic events in coordination with faculty and stakeholders.

  • Provide support in the use of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital academic tools.

  • Mentor and guide junior coordinators/assistants within the Academics Department.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Education, Administration, or related field.

  • 4–12 years of relevant experience in academic coordination/administration.

  • Strong understanding of academic processes and university systems.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (advanced level preferred).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, students, and administration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
