Role & responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the entire student admission and counseling process.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve admission targets.
  • Manage and guide the admission and counseling team.

  • Plan and execute marketing and outreach activities to promote programs.
  • Track inquiries, leads, and conversions through CRM or admission software.
  • Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth onboarding.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate / MBA in Marketing or Education Management.
  • Proven track record in admissions, sales, or business development (preferably in medical/paramedical institutions).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong networking ability and result-oriented mindset.
