We are hiring Telecalling Executives (Female) who are enthusiastic, customer-focused, and fluent in English and Hindi. This role involves engaging with customers over the phone, handling inquiries, and promoting our products/services. Freshers are welcome

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
  • Handle queries and resolve issues professionally
  • Maintain accurate call records and update customer data
  • Follow up on leads and create interest in products/services
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as part of a team
  • Ensure high levels of customer service

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Hindi
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible with rotational week offs and work timings
  • Female candidates preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹24,428.95 per month
