Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Conversion
  • Contact potential customers via phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
  • Present product/service offerings clearly and persuasively.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed sales and meet monthly targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Build rapport with prospects and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Handle objections professionally and provide solutions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-ups and after-sales support.
  • Sales Process Execution
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM systems.
  • Share daily/weekly reports with management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve sales strategies.
  • Market Feedback & Insights
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with management.
  • Identify new opportunities and suggest improvements in sales pitches.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in tele sales, inside sales, or customer service.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets.
