Tele Sales Executive (Banking)

Location: MG Road, Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to promote banking products such as credit cards, personal loans, savings accounts, and insurance.
  • Engage with potential customers, explain product features clearly, and convert leads into successful sales.
  • Handle inbound inquiries efficiently with accurate product information and professionalism.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships while ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
  • Ensure complete process compliance and timely updates in CRM systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate or Undergraduate with 6 months–2 years of experience in Tele Sales or Customer Service.
  • Prior experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Telesales preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).
  • Fluency in any two regional languages is an added advantage.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and active listening skills.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and enthusiastic team player.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
