Tele caller / BPO Tele caller (Inbound & Outbound) – MG Road, Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle both inbound and outbound calls for enquiries and follow‑ups of leads
  • Convert leads into confirmed sales through effective persuasion, objection handling, and relationship
  • Address and resolve customer complaints, grievances, and service issues promptly
  • Update and maintain accurate contact databases and call logs
  • Use prepared scripts to inform clients about products/services, upsell, and cross‑sell
  • Capture key customer insights by asking relevant questions and noting important
  • Liaise with field sales or service team by passing lead acceptances, complaints, and updates
  • Attend regular team meetings to review performance goals and targets
  • Maintain professionalism, patience, persistence, and open to feedback

Required Skills & Traits

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patient, persuasive, persistent, with a service mindset
  • Ability to handle critique, adapt to processes, and uphold team harmony
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and proper record‑keeping
  • Competency in upselling and closing simple sales leads

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
