Overview: The role of a Tele Caller is vital to our organization as they are the first point of contact for our potential clients. They play a crucial role in generating sales and maintaining customer satisfaction through effective communication and persuasion.Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers
  • Explain our products or services to potential customers
  • Answer questions about products or the company
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
  • Follow-up on leads generated through marketing campaigns
  • Provide feedback and input to management for improvement
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times
  • Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results
  • Possess strong product knowledge to successfully answer customers' inquiries
  • Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
  • Identify and overcome objections
Required Qualifications:
  • Fresh Graduates for a tele-caller or similar sales/customer service role
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi and English must)
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle customer rejection
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • Any Graduates
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Flexible to work day shifts
  • Fluency in the local language and basic understanding of English will be a plus
  • Results-driven with a strong determination to succeed
