ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Business Analyst who will serve as the technical solutioning partner to our sales team. This role requires strong expertise in IT services, solution consulting, and new-age technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), Cloud-native platforms, Data Analytics, and Automation.

The ideal candidate will have a blend of business acumen, solution architecture experience, and excellent presentation skills to engage with senior client stakeholders and craft winning proposals.


ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze prospective client requirements, architect solutions, and articulate the business value of People10's offerings across industries such as Airline, Healthcare, Banking, Retail, Insurance, and Internet services.

  • Collaborate with technical architects, delivery managers, and leadership to design proposals, provide accurate estimates, and develop competitive commercial models.

  • Deliver compelling presentations, demos, and workshops showcasing People10 technical capabilities and digital transformation solutions.

  • Create case studies, white papers, PoVs, and knowledge collateral that highlight People10's expertise and differentiate us in the market

  • Partner with sales teams on RFPs/RFIs/RFQs, contribute to sales strategies, and help position People10 as a preferred partner.

  • Conduct periodic enablement sessions for the sales team on offerings, case studies, and emerging technologies

  • Act as a trusted advisor on next-gen technologies like Artificial Intelligence, IoT, Cloud-native solutions, Automation, and Data Analytics.



MUST HAVE SKILLS

  • 5-10 Years of pre-sales experience in IT Services 

  • Strong exposure to Agile delivery methodologies and diverse technology stacks 

  • Proven ability to design IT services solutions and translate technical capabilities into business outcomes

  • Track record of creating high quality customer-facing collateral: case studies, white papers, proposals, and presentations

  • Exceptional language proficiency, communication, and presentation skills – with the ability to influence CXO-level stakeholders

  • Curiosity for emerging technologies and how they drive business impact

  • A dynamic, fast-tracker mindset with the ability to work in high-growth, fast-paced environments.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
