Position: Google Ads Specialist

Partners Advertising Private Limited is inviting applications from interested and qualified candidates for the position of Google Ad's Specialist to undertake overall coordination and management of assigned brands that the agency caters to.

Key Responsibilities

a. Campaign Strategy & Planning

Research target audience, competitors, and industry trends.

Define campaign objectives aligned with business goals (e.g., lead generation, sales, brand awareness).

Select appropriate campaign types (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Performance Max, etc.).

b. Campaign Setup

Create and structure campaigns, ad groups, and ads in Google Ads Manager.

Conduct keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner and SEMrush.

Write compelling, high-converting ad copy and design relevant creative assets.

Set targeting parameters (location, device, demographics, audience segments).

c. Budget Management

Allocate daily/monthly budgets across campaigns effectively.

Monitor spend to ensure campaigns stay within budget limits.

Optimize cost-per-click (CPC) and cost-per-acquisition (CPA) for better ROI.

d. Performance Optimization

Monitor key metrics (CTR, CPC, Quality Score, Conversion Rate, ROAS).

Implement A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies.

Continuously refine bidding strategies (manual, automated, or portfolio-based).

Use negative keywords and ad extensions for better targeting.

e. Reporting & Analysis

Generate weekly/monthly performance reports using Google Ads and Google Analytics.

Analyze campaign data to identify areas of improvement.

Share actionable insights with internal teams or clients.

f. Conversion Tracking

Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager or direct pixel implementation.

Track user actions such as form submissions, calls, purchases, and downloads.

g. Compliance & Quality Assurance

Ensure all campaigns follow Google Ads policies and brand guidelines.

Monitor ad disapprovals and resolve issues quickly.

h. Cross-Channel Integration

Coordinate Google Ads efforts with SEO, social media, and email marketing strategies.

Leverage remarketing across Google Display Network and YouTube.

i. Client/Stakeholder Communication (if agency-based or client-facing)

Present strategy, progress, and performance updates to clients or internal stakeholders.

Educate clients on key metrics and explain campaign results in simple terms.

Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in any field from a recognized university/institution/college Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in Google Ads ,

1. Technical Skills

a. Data Interpretation – Comfort with metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Quality Score, and bounce rate.

Certifications: Google Ads Search, Display, Video, Shopping, and Measurement Certifications.Tools: Google Ads Editor, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Data Studio, Google Analytics 4, Hotjar, Optmyzr.
