About the Role

We're seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented SEO Specialist to join our digital marketing team. You'll be responsible for improving website rankings, driving organic traffic, and implementing effective SEO strategies across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform keyword research and identify high-potential opportunities for growth.
  • Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic visibility.
  • Optimize meta tags, headings, internal links, and content structure.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits to fix crawl errors, speed issues, and indexing problems.
  • Manage backlink building and outreach campaigns.
  • Track and report SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
  • Collaborate with the content and web teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied consistently.
  • Stay current with the latest SEO trends and Google algorithm updates.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
  • Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics).
  • Knowledge of WordPress and experience optimizing CMS-based sites.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript for troubleshooting SEO issues.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
  • Understanding of content marketing strategies and link-building outreach.
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and Data Studio reporting.

Salary

  • ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on skills and experience).
