About Us

We're a growing Canadian eCommerce business specializing in foodservice, kitchenware, cookware, and packaging products. We're looking for an experienced Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist to take complete ownership of our email marketing program — from concept and design to deployment and performance optimization.

This is not an entry-level role. You should have deep experience building high-performing Klaviyo campaigns for eCommerce brands, understand how to use data to drive creative and segmentation decisions, and be able to deliver polished, visually engaging emails that convert.

What You'll Do

  • Own the Klaviyo platform: plan, design, schedule, and send campaigns and automations
  • Develop strategy: create a cohesive email marketing calendar that aligns with promotions, product launches, and seasonal trends
  • Design and layout: build visually appealing, on-brand templates; design graphics or resize imagery as needed (Photoshop/Canva proficiency required)
  • Write and optimize content: craft compelling subject lines, headlines, and copy that engage our target audience
  • Segment and personalize use behavioral and purchase data to create targeted campaigns that increase engagement and revenue
  • Analyze and report: monitor performance metrics (open rate, CTR, revenue, unsubscribe trends) and continuously optimize campaigns
  • Maintain brand consistency: ensure every send aligns with our voice, design standards, and conversion goals

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of hands-on Klaviyo experience (not just basic use — you should understand advanced segmentation, flows, and campaign architecture)
  • Proven track record of managing successful email campaigns for established eCommerce brands
  • Strong graphic design and layout skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools)
  • Strong copywriting and messaging instincts — you know what drives opens and clicks
  • Experience managing product assets, resizing images, and working with creative briefs
  • Analytical mindset: ability to interpret data and refine strategy based on performance
  • Self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision and delivers polished, complete work

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, deliverability optimization, and automation strategy
  • Experience working with brand style guides and creative direction

Compensation

Competitive pay commensurate with experience (hourly or per-project basis). We're looking for someone who delivers quality and efficiency, not quantity.
