About the Role
We are looking for a Media Buyer to manage Search Arbitrage RSOC campaigns on Google Display Network (GDN) and TikTok. This role involves end-to-end campaign ownership—from keyword research and campaign setup to daily optimization and ROI improvements. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in digital marketing metrics and a data-driven mindset to make informed performance decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify profitable keyword segments and traffic opportunities.
- Create, launch, and manage Search Arbitrage RSOC campaigns across GDN and TikTok.
- Continuously monitor campaign health, track metrics, and adjust bids to improve ROI.
- Develop creative and audience tests to refine targeting and improve revenue performance.
- Use data insights to make strategic adjustments and proactively address performance issues.
- Stay aware of emerging AI tools and automation techniques that can enhance campaign efficiency.
- Maintain consistent performance tracking and reporting for internal review.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and traffic monetization models.
- Familiarity with metrics like CTR, CPC, RPM, CPA, and ROAS.
- Experience with campaign optimization, creative testing, and audience scaling.
- Analytical mindset with comfort in interpreting performance reports.
- Basic knowledge of search arbitrage and ad network ecosystem.
- Bonus: Awareness of how AI is being leveraged in performance marketing workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in media buying or performance marketing.
- Prior hands-on experience running campaigns on GDN or TikTok Ads.
- Self-driven and comfortable operating in an independent role
