Job Summary

Kushang Security & Housekeeping Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to manage system-based tasks related to manpower operations. The role involves handling EPFO, ESIC, GST documentation, attendance records, salary sheets, and compliance uploads. Basic accounting knowledge is mandatory, as the role includes working with financial data, invoices, and statutory returns. This is a backend support role with minimal involvement in tender documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and manage manpower data including attendance, deployment schedules, and salary details
  • Prepare and update Excel sheets for PF/ESIC calculations, monthly billing, and wage summaries
  • Handle EPFO and ESIC portal uploads, member registration, challan preparation, and compliance reports
  • Assist in GST invoice preparation, monthly return summaries, and vendor reconciliation
  • Maintain digital records of ID proofs, police verification, medical certificates, and onboarding forms
  • Track manpower deployment, shift rosters, and renewal schedules
  • Cross-check data for accuracy and compliance before submission
  • Organize scanned documents and ensure audit-readiness of all digital files
  • Upload compliance documents to client dashboards and government portals as required

Requirements

  • Educational Qualification: B.Com preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in manpower agency operations or data entry roles
  • Strong command of MS Excel (formulas, formatting, validation), Word, and PDF tools
  • Accounting knowledge is mandatory — candidate must understand basic ledger entries, invoice formats, and statutory returns
  • Basic communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Familiarity with statutory documentation (EPFO, ESIC, GST, labor compliance)
  • Ability to handle numeric data with precision and speed

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in manpower outsourcing documentation
  • Understanding of PF/ESIC wage limits, GST rates, and monthly filing cycles
  • Exposure to audit processes and compliance tracking
  • Ability to format bilingual documents and maintain sequence integrity
  • Basic knowledge of GeM or eProcurement portals
