About the Job (YOUR ROLE) 

Rubrik Professional Services is looking for a high-energy, organized, and self-motivated individual to drive the Project Management for customer projects.  You will be customer facing, working to ensure success criteria are met in order to have the most successful engagement possible.  You will work cross-functionally within Rubrik to obtain information, communicate requirements, and deliver results.

About you (YOUR IMPACT)

As part of the PS Organization, you will be tasked with: 

• Delivering at a high level in a fast paced environment, often driving multiple projects in parallel
• Preparing customers for deployment and tracking deliverables, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines, and allocating resources
• Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
• Identifying and managing potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects
• Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
• Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
• Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
• Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needed
• Motivating people involved in the project to complete tasks on time

The Ideal Candidate for the Project Manager role demonstrates: 

• 3-5 years of relevant Project Management experience
• Excellent Organizational Skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Applications and Google suite
• Outgoing personality
• Willingness to help others
