This role ensures standardized documentation practices, maintains project planning frameworks, and supports operational efficiency through systematic information management and forward-looking strategic initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesDocumentation ManagementDevelop and maintain standardized documentation templates, procedures, and guidelines across all departmentsEstablish document version control systems and approval workflows to ensure accuracy and complianceCoordinate with subject matter experts to create technical documentation, process manuals, and operational proceduresImplement and manage document management systems, ensuring accessibility and security protocols are maintainedConduct regular audits of existing documentation to identify gaps, outdated content, and improvement opportunitiesStrategic PlanningLead annual and quarterly strategic planning processes, facilitating cross-functional collaboration and alignmentDevelop planning frameworks, methodologies, and tools to support organizational goal-setting and executionCreate and maintain project planning templates, timelines, and resource allocation modelsMonitor progress against strategic initiatives and provide regular reporting to executive leadershipCoordinate with department heads to ensure planning processes integrate operational requirements and constraintsProcess ImprovementAnalyze current documentation and planning workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutionsDesign and implement new processes that enhance organizational knowledge management and strategic executionTrain staff on documentation standards, planning methodologies, and system usageEstablish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of documentation and planning initiativesCross-functional CollaborationPartner with IT, Legal, Compliance, and other departments to ensure documentation meets regulatory and operational requirementsSupport project managers and team leaders in developing comprehensive project documentation and planning materialsFacilitate planning meetings, workshops, and strategic sessions across various organizational levelsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field5+ years of experience in documentation management, strategic planning, or project management rolesProficiency in project management software, document management systems, and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesExperience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma preferred)Knowledge of compliance requirements and documentation standards relevant to the industryPreferred QualificationsMaster's degree in relevant fieldProject Management Professional (PMP) certificationExperience with enterprise documentation platforms (SharePoint, Confluence, etc.)Background in change management and organizational developmentPrevious experience in real estate, professional services, or similar industryKey CompetenciesStrategic thinking and planning capabilitiesStrong leadership and team collaboration skillsTechnical proficiency with documentation and planning toolsProblem-solving and critical thinking abilitiesChange management and process optimization expertiseStakeholder management and communication skillsThis role offers the opportunity to significantly impact organizational efficiency and strategic execution through systematic documentation and planning practices.Location: On-site –Bengaluru, KAScheduled Weekly Hours:0If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.  We're interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the tableJLL Privacy NoticeJones Lang LaSalle (JLL), together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.
