Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Purchase Executive to handle procurement operations. The ideal candidate should be skilled in sourcing, negotiation, and maintaining vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective supply of materials and components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source reliable vendors and negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules
  • Raise purchase orders and follow up with vendors for timely deliveries
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels
  • Coordinate with the production and inventory teams to identify material requirements
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies
  • Track and resolve discrepancies in order fulfillment and invoicing
  • Evaluate vendor performance and maintain a strong supplier database
  • Ensure timely processing of bills and coordinate with the accounts team
  • Stay updated on market trends and material cost fluctuations
  • Store inventory Purchase

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of inventory control and supply chain management
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and ERP software
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage procurement timelines

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in purchase/procurement roles
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setup is preferred

Work Schedule:

Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (6 days a week)
