Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive with strong knowledge of Tally to handle day-to-day accounting and billing activities. The candidate will be responsible for generating invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring smooth accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and issue sales invoices, debit/credit notes, and challans in Tally.

Maintain accurate billing records and ensure timely entry of transactions.

Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally (sales, purchases, payments, receipts, expenses, etc.).

Reconcile customer/vendor accounts and resolve billing-related queries.

Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance preparation.

Coordinate with sales, purchase, and dispatch teams for billing accuracy.

Maintain proper documentation of accounts and support audit requirements.

Generate periodic financial reports as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in Commerce (B.Com or equivalent).

Proficiency in Tally ERP (Tally Prime preferred).

Knowledge of billing, invoicing, and accounting principles.

Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Experience:

1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting and billing (manufacturing industry preferred).
