The Site Supervisor will oversee and manage all on-site activities for interior design and fit-out projects. The role involves coordinating with contractors, vendors, and the design team to ensure project execution is aligned with drawings, specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day site operations for interior design and fit-out projects.
  • Coordinate with designers, architects, contractors, and vendors to resolve site issues.
  • Monitor project timelines, progress, and ensure adherence to schedules.
  • Verify and approve measurements for billing and contractor payments.
  • Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and material stock registers.
  • Manage workforce allocation and resolve on-site conflicts, if any.
  • Ensure proper installation of furniture, fixtures, and finishes as per design intent.
  • Report project updates, delays, and requirements to the Project Manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹15, ₹40,000.00 per month
