Job description

NOTE: We are specifically looking for the candidates who have experience into "INTERIOR" site supervision and have worked in Interior Designing and Architecture Firm.

(Salary is negotiable for skilled & experienced candidates)

What We're Looking For:

We are currently seeking trained and experienced Site Supervisors to join our expanding team. This is a full-time, on-site position that will require relocation to Siliguri, West Bengal. The role also involves our project sites in Sikkim.

Skills:

  • Good coordinating skills
  • Eye for detail
  • Should be able to handle the site independently
  • Should be well versed with the responsibilities of a interior site supervisor
  • Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
  • Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications
  • Carry out day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors
  • Plan the work and efficiently organize the site facilities in order to meet deadlines
  • Oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site
