Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for a Site Supervisor. The Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations at the construction sites, ensuring that projects are executed according to design specifications and timelines. Responsibilities include coordinating with suppliers, managing workforce and resources, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and addressing any on-site issues that may arise.

Qualifications

  • Experience in site supervision .
  • Knowledge of both interior and exterior design
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in interpreting 2D and 3D design plans
  • Understanding of safety regulations and compliance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in the field of interior design or construction is a plus.
