Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor cum Interior Designer located in Kolkata. The Site Supervisor cum Interior Designer will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring project deadlines are met, coordinating with clients and contractors, and maintaining safety standards. Additionally, the role requires creating and implementing interior design plans, selecting materials and furnishings, and ensuring the design aligns with client requirements and budgets.

Qualifications

  • Experience in site supervision and project management
  • Interior Design skills including space planning, material selection, and design implementation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and contractor coordination
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and construction processes
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Attention to detail and a creative mindset
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
  • Experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
