Job Title: ServiceNow Lead Data Management Program

Location: Pune

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview:

The ServiceNow Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing ServiceNow workflows and integrations that support a centralized data management initiative. This role will ensure seamless ticket intake, incident and change management, and automation of service processes across ETL (Informatica), reporting (Tableau, Power BI), and DevOps environments.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform administration and development.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM, ITIL processes, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Git, and data platforms.
  • Familiarity with data management workflows involving Informatica, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, Glide), workflow design, and ServiceNow APIs.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Implementation Specialist.
  • Experience in data governance or centralized data platform initiatives.
  • Exposure to AI Ops or automation frameworks within ServiceNow.
