Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through direct outreach, partnerships, and referrals.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and site visits to convert prospects.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle including negotiation and closure.
- Drive renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize campaigns and client experiences.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of proven B2B sales experience (coworking, real estate, hospitality, or related industries preferred).
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets in competitive markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work cross-functionally.
- Willingness to travel and preference for candidates based in or open to relocating to Mangalore
