Front Desk Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times.
- Manage visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including couriers and emails.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory records.
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff for office upkeep.
Provide basic information to visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably with a background in Administration or Hospitality).
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a front office role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Customer service orientation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹30,072.11 per month
