Job Summary
We are looking for a polite and professional Receptionist to manage front desk operations. The role includes attending visitors, handling calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls
- Manage visitor entries and maintain the front office register
- Handle incoming and outgoing couriers
- Assist with basic administrative tasks (filing, photocopying, data entry)
- Coordinate meeting room bookings
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area
- Support HR/Admin team with daily tasks whenever required
Key Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure politely
Qualification
- Any graduate / 12th pass
- 2–5 years of experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
