**Work Location: Alwarpet, Chennai-18(Work from office).**
**Work Experience; 3 years till 7 years in Front Office Management**
Segment: FMCG/Beauty Products.
Work Pattern: Monday to Friday (day shift)
Saturdays: 1,3,5 Saturdays work till 3pm/////2nd and 4th Saturdays are OFF.
**Roles and Responsibility**:
- Managing Front Office / Reception/ Housekeeping /Security/Courier services/Vendors
- Maintaining Registers & Reports. Budgeting and working for cost reduction/saving.
- Printing & Purchase of Stationeries
- Repairs and upkeep of branch infrastructure (AC, DG, telephone lines), Engineering Services(AC, UPS Electricity etc). Arranging all the required items for routine operations.
- Managing On time Vendor Payment Process
- Ensuring AMC's and contract copies are maintained at branch.
- Travel & stay Co-ordination with Centralised Travel desk
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
