Key Responsibilities:


• Case Management & Briefing: Prepare, analyze, and maintain comprehensive case briefs, summaries, and status updates for all litigation matters.


• Liaison & Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact and coordinator between the Inductus Group's headquarters in Noida and our external advocates and law firms.


• Information Flow: Ensure the smooth and timely flow of information, documents, and instructions to and from our legal representatives.


• Research & Reporting: Conduct in-depth legal research to support ongoing cases and provide timely, accurate reports on case progress to senior management.


• Document Handling: Meticulously organize and manage all legal documents, correspondence, and filings related to active cases. Candidate Requirements:

Qualifications:


•
A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Master of Laws (LLM) degree and a valid license to practice law in India.


• Experience: 0-3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) with a focus on litigation.


• Skills: Demonstrated ability to quickly comprehend complex legal issues, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a high level of attention to detail.


• Personal Attributes: Must be proactive, highly organized, and capable of working independently under minimal supervision.
