Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Legal Counsel at , located in Noida. The Corporate Legal Counsel will be responsible for handling legal matters including drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations, providing legal advice, and managing litigation cases. The legal counsel will assist in corporate governance, intellectual property rights, and will closely work with various departments to minimize legal risks.

Qualifications

  • Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and various legal documents
  • Strong knowledge of corporate law, compliance regulations, and legal advisory skills
  • Experience in managing litigation cases and dispute resolution
  • Familiarity with intellectual property rights and corporate governance
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university; additional qualifications in corporate law or related fields are a plus.
