Job Responsibilities: Telecalling & Communication
- Educational office calling for inquiries and follow-ups
- Handling admission-related calls & guiding students
- Counselling and converting leads into admissions
- Course sales with incentives
Back Office & Administrative Work
- Maintaining student records and office documentation
- Computer-based work, data entry, email handling
- DTP tasks and basic designing (posters, calendars, program lists)
Programme & Office Support
- Creating monthly/annual calendar-wise academic schedules
- Supporting the admission department
- Visiting outdoors (if necessary) for office-related tasks
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: ₹7,500 – ₹15,000 (as per experience & skill)
- Incentives: Extra incentive for every admission (course sales)
- Extra Hours: Additional payment for overtime work
- Weekly Off: 1 Day per week (Saturday Or Sunday)
Required Skills & Qualities:
- Fluent in English / Bengali / Hindi
