**Position Title: Telecaller**

Location: Topsia & Sector-V

Job Summary:
The Telecaller is responsible for reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, and promoting the dealership's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote dealership vehicles.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and inquiries.
- Provide information about vehicle specifications, pricing, and financing options.
- Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership for test drives or consultations.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and lead status in the CRM system.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

- Graduate
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.

**Position Title: Receptionist**

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the dealership.
- Answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Provide information about vehicles, services, and promotions to customers.
- Schedule appointments for test drives, service visits, and consultations.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Coordinate with sales and service departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Process customer payments and maintain accurate records.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹16,000.00 per month
