Job Description

● Generate new business opportunities for Elchemy's Food & Beverage ingredients portfolio in the US market, with a focus on categories such as flavours, natural extracts, essential oils, nutraceutical ingredients, and specialty additives.

● Identify and reach out to prospective buyers across beverage manufacturers, specialty distributors, food processors, co-packers, and F&B brands.

● Generate high-quality leads through cold calling, cold emailing, conferences, and social media outreach.

● Qualify inbound and outbound leads, assessing client requirements and identifying opportunities for ingredient solutions (e.g., flavour concentrates, natural colours, emulsifiers, preservatives, botanical extracts, etc.).

● Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and opportunities with timely follow-up and consistent communication.

● Collaborate closely with the sales team, product managers, and marketing to align lead generation efforts with our Food & Beverage expansion strategy.

● Ensure customer satisfaction through process-oriented execution, strong coordination, and excellent communication.

● Play a critical role in strengthening Elchemy's presence in the US F&B space by showcasing our capabilities in quality-assured sourcing, smart contract manufacturing, and tech-enabled supply chain management.

Skills & Qualifications

● 3+ years of experience in B2B international sales/business development (Food Ingredients experience preferred).

● Experience in selling to the US market is a strong plus.

● Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and client-engagement skills.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

● Ability to work in fast-paced, high-energy, cross-functional teams.

● Strong business acumen, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to navigate a technical product portfolio.

● Familiarity with ingredients such as flavours, essential oils, natural colours, emulsifiers, nutraceuticals, or specialty F&B additives is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800, ₹1,800,000.00 per year
