Position: Territory Manager

Location: Bhiwandi, Maharashtra

Department: Business Development Management (BDM)

Reports To: Area Manager

Employment Type: Full-time, On-roll

CTC: LPA + Fuel Reimbursement + Medical Insurance

About the Role

Safexpress, Indias leading logistics company, is looking for a passionate and result-oriented Territory Manager to manage business development and client relationships in Bhiwandi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding customer base, driving sales, and ensuring operational excellence within the assigned territory.

Candidates with prior experience in logistics sales will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and revenue through new client acquisition and upselling.
  • Manage existing customer accounts and ensure timely collections.
  • Strengthen client relationships with regular visits and business reviews.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Admin) to deliver top-notch service.
  • Oversee local operations, branch administration, and performance targets.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

Eligibility

  • Any Graduate / MBA / PGDM in Marketing, International Business, or Logistics.
  • 1–4 years of experience in Logistics Sales / Business Development (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication in English and regional language (Marathi preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Must own conveyance and valid license.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
