About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to manage both Talent acquisition and HR operations. The ideal candidate will have the maturity to align HR strategies with business needs, handle complex people-related issues, and ensure smooth HR processes across the organization.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
  • Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning.

HR Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day HR functions including attendance, payroll coordination, leave management, and compliance.
  • Implement and monitor HR policies and processes ensuring alignment with labor laws.
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes (joining, confirmations, transfers, exits).
  • Ensure accurate HR documentation and MIS reporting.

Employee Engagement & Development

  • Act as a trusted advisor for employees and management on HR-related matters.
  • Support performance management systems, appraisals, and capability-building initiatives.
  • Handle employee grievances with maturity and confidentiality.
  • Foster a positive work culture, promoting retention and engagement.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong expertise in recruitment and HR operations.
  • Sound knowledge of HR compliance and statutory requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Maturity in handling sensitive employee relations issues.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Proficiency in MS Office & HRMS tools.
