We are looking for an experienced
Production Manager
to lead and optimize our
formwork manufacturing operations
at our
Ahmedabad facility
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee the
    end-to-end production process
    of aluminum formwork (cutting, CNC machining, welding, assembly, finishing).
  • Develop and monitor
    production schedules
    to meet client delivery timelines.
  • Ensure strict adherence to
    quality control standards
    and
    safety protocols
    .
  • Manage workforce productivity – recruit, train, and motivate shop-floor teams.
  • Implement
    lean manufacturing practices
    to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor raw material usage, inventory control, and minimize wastage.
  • Collaborate with
    design, procurement, and project execution teams
    for seamless operations.
  • Troubleshoot technical and operational issues, ensuring timely corrective actions.
  • Prepare
    daily/weekly/monthly reports
    for senior management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree/Diploma in
    Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering
    .
  • 5–10 years of experience
    in
    aluminum formwork / heavy fabrication / construction equipment manufacturing
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    CNC, welding, fabrication, and assembly processes
    .
  • Proven experience in
    team leadership and plant management
    .
  • Knowledge of
    ISO standards, QA/QC, and lean manufacturing
    .
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
