As a Product Manager under the Chief Digital Officer (CDO), you will be at the forefront of driving digital innovation and transformation across renewable energy operations. You will lead the development and lifecycle of digital products that enhance operational efficiency, sustainability, and data-driven decision-making. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, user-centric design, and strong execution capabilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or Master's in Product Management is a plus.
  • 8–10 years of experience in product management, preferably in energy, utilities, or digital transformation domains.
  • Proven track record of launching successful digital products in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies and sustainability frameworks is highly desirable.

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with the digital roadmap.
  • Collaborate with the CDO and cross-functional teams to identify digital opportunities in BESS and green hydrogen and Electrolyzer domains.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and technology trend assessments to inform product strategy.

Product Development & Lifecycle Management

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, launch, and continuous improvement.
  • Translate business needs into detailed product requirements and user stories.
  • Work closely with engineering, data science, UX/UI, and operations teams to deliver high-impact digital solutions.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the voice of the customer and internal stakeholders, ensuring product features meet user needs and business objectives.
  • Facilitate regular reviews with leadership, including the CDO, to report progress, risks, and opportunities.
  • Align product initiatives with digital/ Business KPIs.

Data & Technology Integration

  • Leverage IoT, AI/ML, cloud platforms, and digital twins to build intelligent, scalable, and sustainable products.
  • Ensure seamless integration with existing enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, SCADA).
  • Promote data-driven decision-making by embedding analytics and dashboards into product offerings.

Agile & Innovation Culture

  • Champion agile methodologies and foster a culture of experimentation, rapid prototyping, and continuous feedback.
  • Drive innovation through hackathons, PoCs, and partnerships with startups or technology vendors.
