Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Metal Cutting Machine Production Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Production Manager will oversee the daily operations of the production department, ensuring efficient and timely production processes. Key responsibilities include managing production schedules, coordinating with various departments, supervising staff, optimizing workflows, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The role entails troubleshooting production issues, meeting quality standards, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.

Qualifications

  • Experience in production management, scheduling, and workflow optimization
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of quality control and safety standards
  • Technical understanding of laser technology and related machinery
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proven ability to implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the laser technology industry is a plus
