More about the role:

Burson is looking for a Designer, who will be responsible for setting the new bar design (including websites, apps, layouts, graphics, and storyboard, etc.) collaborate and oversee projects through their entire process from conception to execution, translating marketing and branding strategies into innovative and impressive campaigns that stimulate target audiences. 

What you'll do:

• Apply creative in the copy/design for diversified medium, including traditional and offline, digital, social, websites, blogs, newsletters, brochures, etc.
• Ensure the final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and meet client's brief
• Amend designs after client or servicing feedback
• Work with copywriter, and the rest of the creative team to produce final designs
• Conceptualize & execute visuals based on campaign requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the copywriter and the rest of the creative team, and account team to ensure deadlines are met.
• Study design briefs and determine requirements. 
• Stay up to date with industry developments and design tools

Experience that contributes to success:

• 1+ years of experience in designing. 
• Portfolio must include work produced by Generative AI, including a description of tools, workflows and prompts used for their creation.
• Must have hands on using Photoshop, Adobe, Figma, Canva. 
• Be a team player to support the creative team to deliver high quality work.
