Key Responsibilities:

ï'· Assist in creating design materials for digital platforms such as social media posts, web banners, email campaigns, and more.

ï'· Support the design team in creating print materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and promotional content.

ï'· Learn to work within brand guidelines to ensure consistent design across all materials.

ï'· Assist with editing and refining designs based on feedback from team members.

ï'· Gain exposure to the design process, including brainstorming, concept development, and final production.

ï'· Help organize and maintain design files and assets.

ï'· Participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas to ongoing projects.

ï'· Stay up-to-date with design trends and tools, learning new techniques to enhance your design skills.

Skills and Qualifications:

ï'· A strong interest in graphic design and a desire to build a career in the field.

ï'· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design tools.

ï'· Basic knowledge of design principles such as typography, color theory, and layout.

ï'· A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

ï'· Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn and grow.

ï'· Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team.

Preferred Qualifications :

ï'· A portfolio or samples of personal design work (academic projects or freelance work are welcome).

ï'· Knowledge of web design tools like Figma, Sketch, or WordPress is a bonus.
