About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and user-centric
Product Designer
to design seamless and intelligent experiences for our AI-powered product. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to transform complex AI workflows into simple, intuitive, and delightful user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end user experiences for our AI-driven product, from concept to final UI.
  • Translate business requirements and AI capabilities into clean, user-friendly design flows.
  • Create wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, prototypes, and design systems.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define user journeys and product behavior.
  • Conduct user research & usability testing to validate design decisions.
  • Ensure designs are optimized for performance, accessibility, and AI explainability.
  • Work closely with data science teams to represent AI predictions, insights, and automation in an understandable way.
  • Contribute to building and improving our design system and design guidelines.
  • Iterate based on feedback, analytics, and UX data from real product usage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field.
  • 2–6 years of experience in Product Design / UX/UI Design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX flows, UI design, and design problem-solving.
  • Expertise in Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, or other design tools.
  • Strong understanding of AI-based products, data visualization, and user psychology.
  • Experience designing dashboards, workflows, or complex multi-step interfaces.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially engineering and AI/ML teams.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in conversational UI (chatbots, AI agents).
  • Understanding of ML model behavior, limitations, and explainability.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS or front-end development basics.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
