- Experience: Candidates must have 35 years of relevant experience.
Domain Expertise: Only candidates with Front Office experience will be considered. This includes exposure to:
Cashing
- New account setup
- KYC processes
- Money movement
- Onboarding
- Paperwork and non-paper experience
Experience Required
2 to 3 years of experience in US Wealth Management or Capital Markets operations, preferably within the Banking or Financial Services industry.
- Hands-on experience in Cash Management and New Account is highly desirable.
Technical & Soft Skills
- Proficient in MS Office tools: Excel, PowerPoint and professional email communication.
- Typing speed of at least 28 WPM with 95%+ accuracy.
- Strong client communication skills required, including the ability to clearly articulate concepts, gather requirements, and manage expectations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Process Knowledge
- Deep understanding of Capital Market and Stock Market operations, especially the US market.
- Expertise in Cash Management, Account Opening, and Maintenance Operations (e.g., householding, client data updates, reporting).
- Experience in drafting emails, handling escalations, and preparing reports for internal and client use.
- Must maintain 100% accuracy due to the financial impact of any errors.
- Strong client communication skills required, including the ability to clearly articulate concepts, gather requirements, and manage their expectations.
- Comfortable working in a high-compliance, detail-oriented environment.
Working Conditions
- US Shift timings (India late evening or night shifts) flexibility for overtime is required.
- Work from Office only.
- Adherence to company attendance and leave policies is mandatory.
- Reporting to the Team Lead, with accountability to follow team and HR policies.
