
Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Client Relationship Manager to lead client engagement initiatives and drive strategic growth in our real estate operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client servicing and real estate sales, with a focus on long-term relationship building and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with high-value clients.
Understand client investment goals and recommend suitable real estate solutions tailored to their needs.
Handle end-to-end client interaction—from initial inquiry to post-sale support.
Guide clients through property options, legal processes, and closing procedures.
Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Follow up on leads, conduct property site visits, and convert prospects into successful deals.
Proactively resolve client concerns, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
Maintain and grow a portfolio of active accounts and referrals.
Help drive revenue growth and support the company in achieving sales targets.
Track client activity and feedback to help improve sales strategies and service quality.
Requirements:
2 to 5 years of experience in client relationship management, (preference any industry ).
Proven track record in handling clients independently and closing high-value deals.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
A proactive, professional, and client-centric approach.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities with attention to detail.
Fluency in English and Hindi.
