THE ROLE :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SuccessFactors Consultant Project Manager to lead our internal IP development and administration of instances. The ideal candidate will align with our overall professional services objectives by contributing to the Elevate automation and reduction of implementation costs through existing and new initiatives. This role involves setting project planning standards within the Elevate solution, managing resources, coordinating release management, and optimising the adoption of new features.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including present, pending, and future elements.
  • Secure necessary resources to execute tasks or execute them independently when possible.
  • Coordinate release management and maintain the task backlog.
  • Estimate, track, and optimise the adoption of new features.
  • Manage risks and contribute to budget planning.
  • Manage resource requests and budget to achieve objectives

• Internal IP Development:

  • Lead the development and administration of internal IP.
  • Ensure alignment with the overall professional services objectives.
  • Contribute to the automation of processes and reduction of implementation costs.

• Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Discuss and address additional elements as needed with the reporting manager.

• Template Offering and Integration:

  • Assist in the update of Statement of Work and offering development. Materials customer facing and project templates
  • Merge and maintain the Elevate template into SAP best practices. Implement package Manager.
  • Align with Pre-sales on materials, discuss pricing and customer cases to improve and develop our offering.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a SuccessFactors Consultant or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors modules and tools.
• Certification on Employee Central or other
• Excellent project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with SAP best practices is a plus.

Required Education

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer

Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
