Role Description

This is a contract role for a SAP Successfactors Consultant located on-site in Hyderabad. The SAP Successfactors Consultant will be responsible for conducting day-to-day configuration, implementation, and support of SAP Successfactors modules. This includes analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, conducting workshops with clients, and providing post-implementation support and training to end-users.

Key Skills & Qualification Requirement

  • Experience with SAP Successfactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning Management, and Succession Planning
  • Proficiency in implementing and configuring SAP Successfactors solutions and understanding of the end-to-end processes
  • Skills in business requirements analysis, solution design, and project management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work on-site and contribute as an integral part of a team in Hyderabad
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
  • Experience in the IT consulting industry is a plus
  • Ability to provide training and support to end-users
