Finance Delivery Manager:

CA Qualified mandatory


• Minimum Qualifications: CA or CPA with 15+years of experience in BPS preferably with

managing of real estate projects


• Ability to manage the overall relationship across all service lines on a daily basis on behalf of the

Supplier


• Excellent attention to detail


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate business partnering


• Ability to manage and co-ordinate the performance of the obligation and acts as the primary

contact for client executive management


• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously


• Being responsible for ensuring stakeholder expectations are being managed effectively,

reviewing needs for business requirement changes, evaluating user satisfaction and managing

overall demand and consumption


• Ability to analyse complex reports


• Adhere the internal compliance policy and guideline established by the management on their

daily operational activities


• Manage transition


• Manage team morale and team efficiency


• Conduct team assessments


• Maintaining alignment of processes with Customer strategic plans;


• Being able to identify the areas for new opportunities and improvement;


• Driving transformation and continuous improvement of processes both in internal as well as

client organization;


• Resolve strategic issues
