Job Overview

Integrated Services Point is seeking a full-time Semi Qualified CA / CMA to join our team in Chennai at a mid-level position. The role demands a strong foundation in financial principles and compliance aspects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various tax and audit-related functions and will directly contribute to the precision and reliability of our payroll services.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in taxation, auditing, and accounting principles (Mandatory skill).
  • Extensive experience in GSTR 9 & 9C filings with a focus on accuracy and compliance (Mandatory skill).
  • Ability to prepare and file TDS returns with attention to detail and adherence to relevant laws.
  • Experience in GST filing, ensuring that all records are maintained correctly and submitted timely.
  • Competence in MIS reporting to provide financial insights and aid in strategic decision-making.
  • Strong analytical skills to manage financial data and assess its implications effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various departments and client representatives.
  • Proficiency with accounting software and tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and ensure the accuracy of all tax and auditing processes including financial statements.
  • Prepare and file GSTR 9 & 9C documentation, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Oversee TDS and GST filing, maintaining meticulous records and meeting submission deadlines.
  • Generate and review MIS reports, providing insights and recommendations for financial strategies.
  • Ensure all financial processes comply with regulatory laws and align with company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate comprehensive payroll processing services.
  • Assist in external audits providing necessary documentation and explanations as required.
  • Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
